What it is

The Mitochondrial Stack combines MOTS-C (a 16-amino-acid mitochondrial-derived peptide), SS-31 (a cardiolipin-binding tetrapeptide) and NAD+ precursor loading to model cristae stabilization, oxidative-phosphorylation efficiency and redox homeostasis in bioenergetics research.

Mechanism of Action

CRL · MOA-01

MOTS-C activates AMPK and modulates nuclear gene programs controlling metabolic homeostasis; SS-31 selectively binds cardiolipin on the inner mitochondrial membrane to protect cristae architecture and electron-transport-chain coupling; NAD+ replenishes sirtuin- and PARP-dependent redox and repair pathways. Together they target biogenesis, membrane integrity and cofactor availability.
